New Mexico Self Storage Financing

Does anyone know any good commercial lenders doing business in New Mexico? I have an offer accepted to purchase a stabilized and cash flowing self storage facility and looking to close quickly. I am looking for a lender to finance the self storage facility. Appreciate any help, referrals or connections with anyone who might be able to help. Thanks!
