Thanks for the reccomebdation. I forgot about Brownstoner

I am looking to purchase a 2 unit brownstone in Brooklyn and I have narrowed it down to 3 properties.  The properties will require full renovations and I built in a budget for renovations.   I need to find a good contractor who is willing to do preliminary walk through in order to get a rough cost estimate on structural repairs.  Any recommendations for good GC's would be really appreciated.

Are these photos of your gut renos?  They are great.  What was the $/sq ft for the renovation?  

WHen you quoted your Reno $ per sq foot does that exclude permits, architects and contractor percentage?

That would be great.I am looking to do high in for my owner occupied unit and modern a bit above builder grade but affordable on the rentals. Since I am looking to buy a full brownstone I need someone who can also potentially do exterior cosmetic upgrades.  I would love to see pictures.
