Hello, I am looking for a real estate attorney to help me verify my mortgage with Wells Fargo, which was modified to 2.5% APR, is eligible for a "subject to" sale where I remain the holder of the note but allow the new buyer to become the new resident. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have advice on buying in a hot market?
Tucson and other areas of the country are very hot where multiple cash offers and selling prices are 98% of asking price. Do the rules of thumb still apply (70% rule for flips, 50% for buy, hold, rent) Thanks in advance for any comments

Hi Brian, give me a call and I can walk you through it...[REMOVED]
