Welcome to BiggerPockets. I am in the process of closing on my Second property in Greensboro, NC! It is a great rental area. Thanks for sharing!

3Bd 2.5bath 1400sqft townhome, Interior paint is needed and carpet needs to be cleaned. It was 26k below tax value. Rent at the very low end will be $900/monthly and my expenses (mortgage,HOA,taxes) will around $500.

Hopefully nothing out of the ordinary shows up in the inspection.

The bank and I came to an agreement now the fun part begins. Inspection should go well, did not see any major repair needed. 2nd property in Greensboro, NC!

@Seth Jacowski I would check with your insurance agent and insure you have the property coverage for your properties. Ensure it is covered in the lease the the tenants are responsible for yard maintenance/upkeep.
