Looking to connect with a Detroit Michigan Wholesaler

I have a motivated seller I that I have purchased 8 properties from in New York. He also has 2 properties in Michigan. One is on Florence St in Detroit Michigan, another on Drake St in Hamtramck, Michigan. I would like to work with a "boots on the ground"  wholesaler that can help my client sell both of these properties, we can work out the assignment split.
