I sent out some letters and I got a call back from a lady. She said the bank gave the house to select portfolio servicing, shes happy to give me the house and says it needs to be refinanced. Its a nice house and she just wants to stop being harrassed by the company. They keep sending her letter and such.

Im new to this and was wondering what my options are and is this a potential deal?

So im looking to flip my first house in the pensacola area. Wondering what people think about Hubzu and if its profitable to buy a house from them. If anyone has any opinions or experiences theyd like to tell me. Id be grateful.

Ok, so I am getting ready to send out my first letters, but i have a question.

When you send out a letter after driving for dollars, What should you put on the front where the name goes since you wont know the names of the address' your sending it to? or is there a way to find out the name of the owner online?

thanks for  all the replys. @William Allen Yeah i got about 50 addresses so i figured I'd  get a better response by just mailing letters.

@Mike Flowers thank you, i definitely  plan on being at PIG Feb 10th. I look forward to meeting you both.

Northeast Pensacola by Cordova Mall. Is there any way to lessen the cost of mailing or is it a standard .49 cents per stamp?

Hello, I'm a 19 yr old college student from Philadelphia studying in Pensacola Florida. I have been looking into REI for about a year. Finally getting out there and doing something. While at college, I need to focus on school but want to learn as much as a can so when i get back to Philadelphia in the summer, I hope to wholesale my first property. I did some driving for dollars and got a list of address'. I will be mailing out letters soon. I dont feel confident enough to wholesale a property so im thinking on birdogging whatever leads i get. Any info on how to birdog without getting screwed would be helpful. Also would love to network with any investors in the area.

Thank You
