I was an NPI Engineer, then a Process Development Engineer, then Design Engineer, and now I'm a Manufacturing Engineer making thermal imaging cameras.  And, my favorite and most promising endeavor is being a buy and hold investor!

Hi Allen,

Thanks for replying to my post. I have a bag full of documents that I need to supply to the tax professional so they can finish my taxes. I'm in mid BRRR mode and need to refinance so I can keep the momentum going. My previous BRRRR property refinanced last month very smooth, but then I butchered my taxes last week using Turbotax. My loan agent said they need to be ammended, or no more bank loans. I still work fulltime in Santa Barbara, but I'll drive to LA if needed.

Who are you using in LA?

(PM if needed)

Thanks

Does anyone know a good tax preparer in the Santa Barbara area? It would be good if they are a real estate investor, a CPA, and good with real estate investment strategies.

Thanks

Has anyone worked with RCN Capital?  How was your experience?  Are they a good source for financing flips and buy & holds?

Does anyone have some info?

Thanks.
