Hi Tre

i too am looking for Wholesalers in Raleigh, have you had any luck. Where does one find them. Thought there are a lot of them but can’t find them.

I'm a new investor in the Raleigh area and am looking for a great wholesaler to connect with. My focus is mainly on MFR but I'm open to SF deals that are obvious options for the BRRRR model.

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Let’s connect!

Thank you!

I've had better luck with joining the "NC real estate" Facebook group.

Hi BP Fam,

This is my first time posting. I apologize if any of these questions have already been asked. Currently under contract for 3 quadplexes(2 bedroom/ 2 bath) in Huntsville, AL. The property is in great condition. 8 of the 12 units have already been renovated. The property has been under managed.

Looks like we will immediately be able to raise rents from ~$825 to $950 with no problem. Shouldn't have problems moving to $1150 after that.

I'm looking for a great property management company in the area. Any recommendations? Also, what questions would you ask to vet them?

Thank you!
