I'm a new investor in the Raleigh area and am looking for a great wholesaler to connect with. My focus is mainly on MFR but I'm open to SF deals that are obvious options for the BRRRR model.

Hi BP Fam, 

This is my first time posting. I apologize if any of these questions have already been asked. Currently under contract for 3 quadplexes(2 bedroom/ 2 bath) in Huntsville, AL. The property is in great condition. 8 of the 12 units have already been renovated. The property has been under managed.

Looks like we will immediately be able to raise rents from ~$825 to $950 with no problem. Shouldn't have problems moving to $1150 after that.

I'm looking for a great property management company in the area. Any recommendations? Also, what questions would you ask to vet them?
