Hi guys, I wanted to jump in on the conversation. I'm also originally from GA and looking to invest there somewhere outside of ATL. I don't have a big downpayment and I think I'm limited in what I can do with banks and other creative methods of getting started due to living overseas. I'm interested in partnerships, mentorships and just connecting with other investors. I generally come home once a year so looking forward to the holiday period when I can be closer to the 'action' for a couple weeks while visiting family.

I think we have some similar values (also graduated with a degree in ES and I’m a teacher) so it’s refreshing to hear you say and action those values while still being able to improve the quality of your life and those around you! Brad, thanks for reaching out and sharing your story. I can't imagine what the future will hold for the farm but we'll see in time! It's more of my dad's dream than mine at the moment. I don't picture myself living there but I would like to create a space that I feel good about visiting. At the moment it's just farmland with nothing on it. Do you all grow or produce anything from your farm?
