I'm a newbie to BiggerPockets. I'm looking for other likeminded folks, YOU! I'm interested in investing in rental properties, partnerships, Brrrr, building cash flow through real estate investing and learning more about this amazing lifestyle.
I work in education overseas (14 yrs) and own 10 acres of farmland in rural Georgia. I love my job, I love travel and growth/learning through experiences!

My strategy is buy and hold and I'm still on the hunt for smaller multi-families to fund my apartment investing and syndication projects; the former I work north and west of the Detroit Metro area in Michigan, US, and then the latter I'm working with buyers and teams all over the country!
