Democrats=higher taxes, more government control, more people in the wagon getting a free ride less people pulling, wealth redistrubution, tax the rich give to the poor. (higher capital gains tax) Hello! Gun Control, hate the Constitution, socialist, communist, facist, should i go on! No school choice! Loves training our childrens mind to be dependant on big government. Is there really such a thing as a public school anymore...not! Public has no say

Republicans have not done a great deal this time around but i know they will protect my 2nd ammendment right , help keep taxes low, govern according to our Constitution as our forefathers intended.

Well ineed to go show a house and help pay for all the free riders in the wagon!

If your still around and still have rats. Do it yourself. Buy rat traps with the BIG yellow trigger maybe 10 or so. Prebait all your traps with creamy peanut butter (do not set traps) place them either in attic or near entry points outside. Check after a few days and repeat prebaiting. When you have done this a couple of times and all the bait is gone then set traps and be prepared for meat!...lol Prebaiting allows the more mature (smarter ) ones to get use to the new traps. When you set traps the first time, normally you get the babies first and the wise old rats see it happen and stay away. Once your rat infestation is gone seal old entry points or put bait boxes outside to control new rats coming in.

Any other pest questions?

I agree with susan, i bought 2 properties all cash and am now having a problem cashing anything out. They are worried because they are on the market now and i wanna cash out and let it foreclose or my other issue is my LLC is less than 2 years old so they dont wanna lend on that either.

I should of listened to those guru's dont use your own money or not much of it anyway.

All im looking for is 50%LTV that would be fine then RTO or owner finance.

Anyone wanna lend on my properties? :protest:

Can anyone suggest a way to pull my money out of a house that is on the market. The first mistake i made was to use my money to fund the purchase and rehab. My business is less than 2 years old and i cant seem to find anyone who will lend stated income etc, with less than 2 years? The homes value is around 50,000 and i only have 25,000 in it and would be happy to get that, then rent to own

Thanks in advance

Was wondering if someone knows the best way to go? I own a Property free and clear with a value of around $ 50,000. Things arent moving very fast here so im thinking about pulling some money out and do a lease option or owner finance. Should i create my own note and sell it? or use a traditional finance institution? Love to know what you guys think?

Thanks
