This property was a seasoned Investor buying a private home. I had consulted client multiple times with investment properties, when he was ready to purchase a second luxury home for himself he wanted me to be his agent through the process.

Negotiating terms, lining up all inspectors. Getting trades people for specialty inspections, and estimates.

What was the outcome?

Happy client. Doing complete renovation, and then I will be listing his current home and assisting with more investments in the future.

Investor contacted me and wanted to sell his rental property. He asked what his comps were, and what they would be if we renovated some items. I project managed and renovated. He ended up making an additional $40,000 ROI then he would have for 3 weeks of work, and $15,000 investment. Sold the rental property. All the neighbors came over astonished at the difference, they were friends with the renters.

Payson Home Purchased for VRBO. Great rental property backing up to 100 miles of the Tonto Forrest. Excellent for outdoors, cabin seeking, vacationers.

Sold to seasoned investors, for gorgeous cabin VRBO.

Helped seller purchase home, did an off market deal with buyer and seller.

How did you finance this deal?

They used cash.

Helped facilitate off market sale to help all involved.

What was the outcome?

Both parties happy.

Excellent transaction. Payson does have some different environmental things then homes in the valley.

I was able to do complete renovation, work as the project manager, order supplies, work on a strict timeline, and list quickly.

What was the outcome?

Profit of 100+ profit in under 60 days.

Timeline was very aggressive, difficult to complete.
