Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Fountain Hills.

Purchase price: $510,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $700,000

Fix and Flip. Purchased on MLS. 2 Week Total Renovation Interior/Exterior. Listed and Sold.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was aware of Comps and the market, and able to negotiate around current tenant.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Research on MLS.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money Lender

How did you add value to the deal?

I was able to do complete renovation, work as the project manager, order supplies, work on a strict timeline, and list quickly.

What was the outcome?

Profit of 100+ profit in under 60 days.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Timeline was very aggressive, difficult to complete.
