Thank you Brett. Should I be able to find one online in my area? If so, what keywords would I use in a search? Or would it be better to go to a local REIA and ask around?

I currently know a mitigator, but the fee he wants is 4 times higher than the one I used 3 or 4 years ago. The one I used then no longer does it. What is a reasonable fee for a mitigator? Having taken a course that covered shorts from A-Z a few years ago, could I/should I just do it myself?
