Samantha like any industry you get out what you put in, and like
any market if you are not willing to market yourself and diversify you will
fail miserably. Most real estate agents know you can't have your eggs all in one basket that is why so many are gravitating towards property management , property preservation and performing the REO & BPO inspections. Well the same hold true in the Land of Property Preservation & Inspections, if you plan to build your company on a foundation of BPO you more than likely won't survive. You need to look at all your possibilities as there is more to Field Inspection and Preservation than just BPO/REO inspections.I know this
is my first post here but we all have to start somewhere right?Truth be known I may never have time to post again I am almost 100% positive I will never get to 100, or 1000 count, as I am not a professional poster/blogger and I have a company to manage and market.Good luck Samantha!

PS Certification is not a requirement.
