Hi everyone! I'm a newbie living in southern NH (about 40 miles from Boston). I am eager to learn about real estate investing and I am looking for learning and networking opportunities throughout the region. All contacts are welcome.

I'm also new to investing but something's not right with this. A 20% finders fee for bringing deals they wholesale doesn't seem bad. But why not form a partnership that enables you to wholesale your own deals and split the profits 50-50? And I would sign any non-compete. What if you have a falling out 6 months from know and want to continue, you would have to wait 18 months to do any work. Good luck!
