I use Donny Thompson of ERA Real Solutions Realty in Columbus. He has a big business, managing 1,500+ doors. He has a lot of people working for him. In house maintenance guy and in house contractor. He's done pretty well by us. If you can't find his number on the internet, message me.

Hey! Could you please share the number with me? I’ve got a property in Columbus that I need property manager for. Thanks!

I can send you a list of property managers here in Columbus, Ohio.
Is it ok if I could get a copy of the property managers in Columbus also? Are there any that you would recommend? I haven’t decided to manage my property (1) myself yet. Thanks!

Yes, I can send you the list!

Hey! Can I also get a copu of the list? Thanks!

@Max Graham How much did it cost to convert that living room? Was there a lot of paperwork involved?

@Timothy Goncalves I sold them all after about 18 months.  The headache of managing my property manager became too much, and the appreciation wasn't worth the struggle.  Therefore, I sold those assets and bought properties in the South Bronx, where I could self manage and knew the appreciation would be substantial.

I never thought about the South Bronx. How many units were you able to purchase in The bronx from 55 Detroit units?

In a warmer climate I was thinking a pickle ball court could intrest people and be a deciding factor

Hi Eric, I would be down for meeting up.  In the past I owned 55 units in Detroit, with the battle scars to show :)  Next week I am closing on a Chicago foreclosure, so we should have plenty to talk about.  Do you want to jump on a call to discuss or plan to meet in person?

Do you still have any of those 55 units?

The short term rental market in Philadelphia is on fire.

Really? I like the Idea of Philadelphia but the returns don't seem great on AIRDNA
