Right on. Thank you for the insight Joseph I appreciate it. I think this might be a better path than BRRRR for me right now just because of it being very close to truly passive. I'll do some research on Ohio and Kentucky landlord/ tenant laws also. Thank you sir!

Good point that makes sense. With having tenants in place my only concern is not being able to screen them. Have your clients had any nightmare tenants in this scenario? Really appreciate it Joseph!
