@Brodie Harpp Thankx for the info, we most likely are going to be moving forward, we just need to work out the details and then start.  Have you done any research on RVshare vs outdoorsy?

We would not STR them, most of the campground around have a 2 week max. We were thinking to have the renters make reservations at the campgrounds and pick up the camper, or we could deliver/set-up for an additional fee.

We do have the space to store a couple of smaller units currently.

We are looking at the possibility of purchasing some campers to rent out.  Does anybody have any experience with this and can offer some advice?

We live in/near an area with a lot campgrounds, 11 with a 20 minute drive, and think it couple be a viable extra income stream.

MY wife and I, both Realtors, and future investors, recently moved to a very small area.  Our current town has under 7k residents, the largest city in the county has under 20k, and the county in under 800k residents.  The neighboring county ties are even smaller.  We love the BP info and most likely will purchase the membership.  Before we purchase the membership, can anyone let us know if the stats for rural areas are accurate.

Looking for some input on Propstream.com. It is worth the monthly subscription fee. Also are there any current BP promos for trials

Many times on the podcast I have heard to know the role the work you are doing. Then they list 7 specific rolls of an investor. I can not find them now. Can anybody give me the list or a link to where they are?
