Hey guys, IF i sign with a realtor but then I come across an opportunity to buy a cash deal, how does that work with the realtor?  Can I buy without the realtor or am I obligated to use the realtor for the transaction?  Do I just pay a %?

If I were in your shoes I would trust the numbers! Pull away from the emotional portion of it and if the numbers make sense then jump in , if they don’t then move on, it’s a numbers game !

Thanks Cody for your response . I too thought the same thing about the 3/1 and the studio. I’m bringing in another investor tomorrow to look at it with me , we’ll crunch a few numbers to see if it’s a go, but at my first review it’s a pass .
