Hi, I'm looking to get started in investing in the City of Chicago (north and northwest). Looking for 2-4 units. Ideally the agent would be an active investor. Please reply if anyone you know or have worked with fits this description.

Thank you, Tim

Thank you everyone for the support!

@Ramon Jenkins @Steve Smith Thank you for the advice on the site, the resources are great.

@Pat Parrillo- Good advice, I'll be sure to get involved.

@Ashley St. Gelais- I was thinking getting started with a duplex/4-plex and going to larger multi-family over time, I am no expert, advice either way would be helpful. As far as areas of Milwaukee, once again maybe I am way off here but I was thinking around the airport area, Glendale/Brown Deer area, Wauwatosa/West Allis (probably too expensive). Advice again would be greatly appreciated.
