Post: Advice and a referral to help in assigning property to an LLC

Hi, I currently have 4 properties owned under my own name. I have done some research on why LLCs should be used, but am a little unclear on how to shift properties into an LLC. I have struggled to find high quality legal advice in my area (West Palm Beach), and have thus far been told I cannot do it because my mortgages don't permit it. However I suspect I need to keep digging on this. So advice is welcome, and also a referral to a good local attorney to help with this. Thanks!

Hi all, I'm an Aussie living in the West Palm Beach area and am currently investing in single family homes and am interested in Multi-Family. Looking to meet some local investors to increase my knowledge of the market and also get some good contacts for legal/tax advice.
