I should hope they are waiting to evict.  This is not a charity program.

It must be a challenge owning rentals in Cali.  The State gov seems to hate property owners.

No Kwame.  A softener does a different task.  Look at something like this from Home Depot, GE water filter system model GXWH35F is about $55 and then you purchase separately  $20 carbon filter to put inside of it.  This is about as cheap as I’d go for a whole house carbon.

Carbon will treat taste/odor but it won’t take iron out.  Got to get rid of the iron first.  As I said, Iron is very, very troublesome and takes a smart approach.

Iron is very hard to treat.  Check the toilet tank and see if there is orange slime, that would be iron bacteria an an indication the iron filter is not working.
id make sure the iron filter is working, then put a whole house carbon filter (not expensive but you’ll need to change filters regularly) after the iron filter to eliminate bad odors.

If you go with one of the National Franchise companies, they will hammer you on the price.  A decent local plumber can do this, just get the water tested, often times the plumber’s preferred wholesaler will do it.  Ask for the test results

Sure feels like something is about to happen.  Millions of renters are not paying their rent and many don’t know what “deferred “ means.

You owe the landlord $12,000 and counting.  He will probably go to court and get a judgement against you and destroy your credit.

You should have moved out of HIS property 6 months ago.

Well, you are renting in Washington St......so I’d so no.  The squatters “have a basic human right to your property.  Why do you need more than one property when so many go without?”

enjoy

When I was 10 years old.  On the way to school I would buy a bag of 30 red-hot fireballs for .69 and then sell them at .05 a piece.  I eventually expanded my inventory to include Pixie Stix.
