Welcome Ama,

I know it will all work out for you. Building an investment portfolio is scary, but exciting in the beginning. I know of investors who have worked with hard money loan companies to successfully secure a DSCR loan for properties.

Hey Joshua! I have an investor client that loves to list his rental properties on Zillow. He loves Zillow because of the brand recognition, it's easy to set up, and it allows him to accept rental applications online.

Congratulations, David!

I live in Tennessee and we definitely have prime real estate in Tennessee. The best place to start is to pin point the exact area/city where you would like to purchase a property. To pick, compare the real estate markets in the areas you are interested in. Once you find the area you are interested in, connect with an investor-friendly realtors in that area. Make sure they have legit experience in working with investors. Once you find a good, investor-friendly realtor, the process will become a lot easier. DSCR hard money loans can be great options for investors. There are a lot of hard money loan options that people may not even be aware of. I would love to connect!

I once worked with an investor client who was a remote landlord. I checked on the home for him on a daily basis, found repairmen to fix the property etc. It's a good idea to connect with a realtor in the area where you would like to purchase. The realtor can help you find a property manager. A realtor can also thoroughly tour the properties you are interested in for you. A lot of investors prefer realtors to do virtual tours of properties they may be interested in.

@Vince Scipione

Thank you! I've been in the industry for four years. I've recently been looking into acquiring properties to rent out. It's definitely on my bingo card for 2025 or 2026.

Welcome @Shai Shushan!!!

Memphis is a great area to invest in. You may also want to look into land in the Brownsville, Stanton, TN area. Blue Oval City, which is operated by Ford Motor Company is bringing a lot of jobs and opportunities to the area.

Hello!

Ok, as a real estate agent and a potential investor, I've heard many great things about this platform, so I decided to finally give it a try. My niche is working with investors. I've helped investors to sell fix and flips, multi-family homes, land, you name it! I've worked with both novice and experienced investors. Working with investors has given me the urge to become an investor. I am ready for this journey!

There is a lot of prime land in Tennessee, so I could see why it would be hard to pick one area. I would suggest picking an area in Tennessee that is currently developing. West Tennessee is developing and thriving. There is a lot of great land in Jackson, Humboldt, Brownsville, etc. As a real estate agent, I have helped clients who didn't live in the area find homes and land. Facetime is a good tool to use if a client cannot physically be at the property.
