Hello, We are in the middle of finishing our BRRRR and am in need of a mortgage contact that would refinance our cash property (small multifamily) in Cleveland, OH. We will close in 2 weeks time, but already looking to start the process of refinancing so we can repeat. If you have a contact, please let us know. Thanks

Brian and Tiffany

@Eoin Bolger.  I too am in Dubai (well, Al Ain) and have been very active in a Dubai BP group that has been established by @Morgan Nilsen.  There are several of us that invest in the Cleveland market.  Feel free to reach out and join one of our meetups.

I currently live in Dubai and I can assure you, banks do charge interest on their loans.  It's not very much, but they do.

I recently bought David Greene’s Long-Distance Real Estate Investing book on kindle. I drive a lot so I also bought the audiobook. I have been very disappointed with the audiobook. I assumed the energy he brings during his podcasts would transfer to the audiobook, but it doesn’t. It sounds like a fairly old man who is just being paid to read someone else’s story. Does anyone else feel this same way? I plan to request a refund. I wish he would have read it himself.

What part of Dubai? There are drastic differences in the areas, Old/Bur Dubai compared to Burj area.

Morgan Nilsen have you heard about this? Can we discuss this next week at our meet up?
