I know there's options for first-time home buyers I just don't have them on hand. I would appreciate all of the knowledge and wisdom you all have to spare! A little more information, I work full time. I've had been a CNA for two years. My FICO score is 699. I have three children. I'm not married. I make less than 50,000 a year. Any more information that could help you help me please let me know!

So, I've conversed with a few lenders, they can't count two jobs till I've had both for two years. Okay, so, what my next step keep trying landers and hurting my credit that is newly at 620? Try to find owner financed House? My rent is 2,500 they are telling me I can't pay a mortgage!?😓

I'm ready to get my real estate license. I just wanted to know if anyone has suggestions, on where classes are offered in the Lynnwood Edmonds area. I know I have to do so many hours before I can take the test would love some recommendations!😁

Hello, everyone! The podcast encouraged me to make this profile. I'm starting with the goal of getting my real estate licence and then maybe being a realstate agent for a while. I live in Everett, Wa, I'm 23 and a mom of 3, I work graveyards at a grocery store. My husband is a contractor. His mom was talking to us about flipping and renting out houses with us in the future, she was telling me I should start researching and talking to real estate agents from there came my idea to become a real estate agent. While looking for study material I found the BiggerPockets podcast I have to say it is very inspirational! That is my story any advice any one has i wouldn't mind reading/ listening to Thanks for the awesome podcast! I started at episode 1 and plan on listening to all the episodes.
