Hi Steve Bale I agree with Spencer Sutton , everything he said is true. I don't own property there but my boyfriend grew up here for 30+ years... it's definitely a rental only area and a lot of new developments happening soon. Hopefully this area gets up from D status.

eastlake is a better area but you have to make sure you are in south eastlake. 

Is this property closer to Woodlawn high school... that's a little better 

Also if you need pics of surrounding area or etc I'm happy to do that for you when I check on my property I have in eastlake. I still have family in this area so I'm there often. 

Hi @DaveWilliamson I lived in this area for 15 years and grew up here. I would say to steer away from near Georgia rd and maybe give it About 3-4 more years.

Avondale and Crestwood are definitely on the up and up.

The crime is not as bad as it was but I don't see it as a "desirable" area and it is still considered "the hood" with a lot of low income individuals.
