What we should learn is that to focus on solar and wind power and make it more affordable. I had a solar panel on my roof at my previous house. Worked great, had plenty of hot water even on cloudy days.

How difficult is to refinace a property under your LLC? My LLC has a D&B number. Any advise, suggestions, some mortgage brokers out there to offer help?

Yes, there is a way to get into Equator without being an agent. When it prompts you for the agent lisence number, just enter 11111 or 22222 or whatever, until it excepts it. I did it and it works.

I just got a notice from my negotiator, that Bank of America now requires that Short Sales are initiated online by the listing agent or home owner at reotrans/equator.com which then they can provide the negotiator with a temporary pass word to allow them to negotiate. The agent or homeowner will have to call and find out what is required of them to do so by calling BOA and requesting this information. The agent or home owner will need to have this done before the file is submitted for negotiations. My negotiator can no longer have access to files unless this is done first per BOA.
