We've used it on 15+ flips and rentals and it holds up well. The higher the sheen, the more resistant it will be to scratches and it will be easier to clean. Priming is also important when painting existing trim or new drywall/drywall patches.

As far as cost per square foot, you're looking at somewhere between $90 and $150 depending on your finishes. But to get an exact amount, its better to have a contractor walk it and bid the specific project.
