Full Rehab Cost

Hello Everyone, I have a general question via costs regarding a full rehab home. A little details on where i'm going with this. i'm looking to buy a foreclosure home. 1500-1700 sq. [I have two in mind]. Both houses need everything done. And i mean everything - besides bricks/structure. What i'm aiming at is buying a 1985/70 built home with 2016/17 features. This will be for my own parents. It's not a buy, fix, and flip type of thing. Why not turn key? Because i assume that buying a beat up foreclosure with what i'm aiming for will cost less than a turnkey. I'm looking for estimates with materials and labor in sq foot. Areas: Palos Hills, Palos Heights, Hickory Hills <~~ IL. Thank you, Ray.
