@Frank Patalano for me it’s fear of failure. I want to start off doing wholesaling but there’s just so much information and I learn by doing but doing means investing and quite frankly I’m nervous to fail.

I'd like to shadow a flipper or someone who's on the end of a wholesaling deal in RI. I'm finally taking my first steps into REI but I'm not sure of what a good deal would physically look like. If someone wouldn't mind a curious mind walking through with them please let me know! I'm in Woonsocket but I'm ok with traveling anywhere in RI. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I’m Tiana and I’m new to real estate investing. I’ve been listening to the bigger pockets podcast, reading loads of different articles, and have been attending a small local meetup for investing. I’m kind of experiencing some information overload.
