@Ravinell Wilson I'd be VERY interested to hear more! Standard fare, we buy cash and as-is, easy close, you know the deal haha.

Hey @Joshua McMillion! Athens is, in my opinion, also a good market to invest in. However, it is a bit different than the HSV that we all know and love. You're generally able to get properties a bit cheaper out there and they also tend to cashflow a little better. However, you won't see the year 1 appreciation that you would in HSV. However, I think as a long term investment, the appreciation should only lag a little behind HSV.

All in all, I'm bullish on investing in Athens.

Good luck!

@Holly Smith, @Cheyenne Nafe is totally right. Huntsville (and Madison) are some of the best markets for SFR investing in the southeast, if not the nation. Birmingham is also a good place to park your money. If you have any questions about these markets or just want to chat, my team and I are always available!
Happy investing!

Hey @Irish A.! You definitely picked the right market to buy your first OOS SFR in! Huntsville is going crazy right now. If you need anything BOTG related in town, my team and I are local, so just reach out!

@Chase Burkett any closing attorney here in town should be able to help you draft whatever documents you need. There’s a bunch on Merchants Walk behind the Whole Foods.

Hey BP team! I hope this post reaches you.
I do a lot of my REI from my iPad Pro w/ apple magic keyboard... a laptop is too much to lug around and I can't be efficient with an iPhone. It really is a great system.

Anyway, the mobile site is a bit clunky to use on this setup (as is the nature of being on “mobile”), but is still usable. My main issue is I can’t backspace while composing a message without the page crashing. Odd.

Anyway, I have a solution! Your iPad app is great and works very well. However, it ONLY works in portrait orientation! Since I use the iPad as a laptop, it’s not oriented in that direction very often and renders this fancy keyboard completely useless. If you guys could add landscape functionality to your iPad app, you’d make this investor very happy!

Thanks and happy investing!

@Brandon Koster You're right on the money with including Huntsville on that list. It's rapidly becoming a "cool" place to live for young professionals and families. I'd say another 5 years and a few more entertainment developments and we'll be outpacing Birmingham!

@Cameron Walker Wish you had posted a few days ago!
My team and I get properties like that in SE HSV all the time, just don't have any in our inventory right now. Message me if you'd like to hear about our new properties available for wholesale as they trickle in :)
