Tenant has requested permission to get a chicken coop. My initial thought is no... anyone have experience with this? Just seems dirty and unnecessary. This is in a duplex with a good size back yard. Thanks!

@Randy E. I agree with this response. As soon as a property that I’m interested comes on the MLS, I drive by, run the numbers and pull comparables using MLS or Realtor.com. If all of those make sense, then I contact my agent to set up a showing. I own a small business outside of real estate so I understand time is money. The agent only gets paid when a deal closes, so I completely understand them getting frustrated after viewing multiple properties and getting no deal.
