I agree, if your not happy with what an investor offers, make your brand, and increase your worth!

hence our aim. Ive partnered with other contractors, hired an assistant, an in house crew to keep cost down, partnered with wholesalers, realtors and interior designers, also have stagers and have the ability to make BIG things happen. on a cost plus contract agreement 15-20 percent is going rate. why would i settle for 15% When im willing to put cameras on job sites to appeal to an out of state or even country investor? On the job from sun up to sun down, and manage EVERYTHING! All i need is some backing of funds, ball is in your court @Shiloh Lundahl. What is that worth?
