Thank you for the responses so far.  Kyle with respect to your response as I understand it this method would still require me to send/format individual texts to each tenant separately is that correct?

Currently I utilize texting and when necessary personally call individual tenants who don't have cell phones when I need to notify an entire building of common information. Specifically things like, need to move cars for snow, inspections, etc etc. In order to do so I keep a separate contact list in my phone for all tenants. To keep this simple I'll stick to the texting example: I compile a text message then have to individually send it to every tenant. It's very time consuming and I need to do it more often than you'd think. I like to keep my tenants happy and informed. I also have in my leases that they agree to this form of communication and accept that we will be texting them. I'm looking for an app that can streamline this activity. Ideally the app would store my tenants contact info, allow me to construct text messages at a minimum and when I texted the group it would not send as a group text because I don't want to disclose all of my tenants contact info to each other or if they happen to text back have everyone receive that return text. I've spent some time looking for an app like this but have only stumbled upon "group texting" apps that expose everyone's numbers to each other and when texting back everyone received the same message, no good. I feel like this app must be right under my nose and just haven't found it yet. Does anyone utilize this or a similar strategy or know of an app that either partially or fully does what I'm looking for? Thank you
