I am in Grand Forks for work at the moment and will be here a few months. Do any of you have short term rentals available? I'm also open to buying here as it seems to be a good rental market. 

It's been a year since your post. I was wondering if you joined the inner circle and if so how did it work out for you?

I don't have an LLC set up yet but we have been working with a lawyer to set one up. It is just my wife and I.

I am in need of a REI CPA . I live in the Melbourne Fl. area. I know that BP has a directory for Tax Pros but they are mostly if not all out of state. Wouldn't it be better to have an in state CPA that understands the state codes and laws? If so does anyone have a recommendation for someone local that can help with tax planning and strategies going forward? I need all the help I can get. Thanks
