@Ryan Stumbo Your not crazy! I would never do a deal with negative COC and it's very possible to find a cash flowing property in AZ! Find an inventory friendly agent that will find those deals or surround yourself with people doing deals. Good luck!

Hey Everyone,

Zillow isn’t buying any more homes in 2021💥. Jeremy Wacksman, Zillow's chief operating officer reported do to labor and supply shortage they will be pumping the breaks on buying anymore homes in 2021. They want to focus on selling the current homes they own.

Definitely want to open the conversation on what you think this means for the market.

@Landon Bleau very good point that is a very similar situation I find myself in. I finally possible have a seller finance deal but it is a bit tighter then I am use to on numbers and I was trying to justify it because it is seller financing. Good reminder to stick to the numbers! Thanks

@Michael P. I think everyone here has basically hit the nail on the head! The only thing I would add is definitely keep at it! The work will pay off this market is frustrating at times for buyers but it will all pay off!

When I started the only thing I regretted is that I didn’t invest more in real estate. Message me if you need anything or contact’s in the area.
