Hi everyone,

I'm excited to announce I have a piece of my first deal on the table. The only problem is the area that the deal is in is over 6 hours away by car. Being that I don't have the ability to hit the ground running with leg work in that area I'm asking you guys if you have any suggestions.

Do you know any investor friendly title companies in the Jacksonville area?!

If you do please let me know!!

Hey guys/gals,

I've been hearing that it's hard to find an investor friendly title company and that a good one is needed if you're planning to get into wholesaling.

Does anyone know any investor friendly title companies in South Florida (Miami-Dade/Broward County)??

Just out of curiousity, why don't most title companies like to do this kind of business?

Hey everyone,

I've been doing a lot of reading over the past few days on BP about how to get started in RE investing and the different strategies that investors utilize.

My question is about wholesaling...where and how do you guys accumulate a list of people that you want to market to whether it be absentee owners, probates, pre-forclosure etc. What do you think works best?

Also, what about buyers list? What have you found works best?

Thanks!!!

It seems like wholesaling is a great way to start in RE investing so I'm looking into the strategy in depth.

Hey all,

I would like to introduce myself to BP! I'm 23 years old and just recently located to Southern Florida from the Virgin Islands. I've actually been interested in real estate since I was in high school (both investing and being an agent), but due to certain circumstances my zeal for the industry had to be put on hold.

I decided to move home after college in order to save up some capital so that I can pursue a career in real estate and get into some investing once I moved back to the states. Well, 2 years and some change later I'm back and more excited and eager to jump in than I've ever been. HOWEVER, I know I have lots to learn and thats why I'm here (it's hard to even know where to start).

I'm just getting my feet wet and hope to be active very active on the forums from here on out as I seek to soak up information and learn everything I possibly can. After listening to some podcasts I've ordered a few books and have been slowly consuming the over whelming amount of information on the site.

Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction! See you around the site.
