I'm interested in investing in Springdale. Can anyone recommend a good agent? I would like to start receiving weekly listings so I can begin to monitor the market. My husband was born and raised in Fayetteville, so we are familiar with the area. Thank you, looking forward to this new endeavor.

My husband earned his MBA a few years ago.  While it was a very proud moment for our daughters and me to watch him walk across the stage, it has not helped in adding cash flow to our personal economy :)

@Jonathan Makovsky

Thanks for this post!  2 years after you wrote it, it is still inspiring.  I just started listening to the podcasts and taking notes, learning everything I can.  I, too, started with buy and hold shows, but they opened my eyes to even more possibilities! I can't wait to see where I am months and years down the road.

@Joe Homs sounds great.  I will be at the Monday meet-up, looking forward to meeting you.  I want to watch the court house steps purchasing in action.  When does that happen?

Thank you for the encouragement and resources!  I listened to several podcasts today and read several articles.  In a podcast, this great Guide was mentioned.  I am definitely going to have to block out time for other things, otherwise, I will be on BP all day!

Hi! I'm Jennifer Stanley and I am thrilled to be learning so much about REI. As a licensed agent in CA, I am looking forward to building my own portfolio as well as helping others build theirs. My initial plan when first coming to this site was to learn to buy and hold, but I am learning about so many other options available out there. What a great group. I can't wait to dig in more.

Hello,

I'm new to BP and investing.  I earned my CA real estate license a few months ago.  I am more interested in helping people build their portfolio than finding them their first home (though I would help with that, too!).  I am looking forward to attending the meet up in Lake Forest to learn more.
