Hi everybody, I know someone who wants to sell us her single family beautiful Victorian rental here in Denver Colorado and is willing to carry the "note" what are the "dos and donts?? what would be "good terms? interest rate etc etc, we never went this particular route before we just used lenders for all our rental units...potentially chartering into unknown waters but excited about the learning process and the opportunity at hand.   Tim

Seeking recommendations from Investors who use commercial lenders, who do you use?? We would prefer a lender who works with real estate Investors and perhaps Invests themselves In the Denver/Boulder area.  We were just turned down from a conventional  lender.  :(
