Thanks @Luke Rorech! I still have a novice to fully understanding the markets in specific areas. But over time, I assume it will get easier. Any recommendations outside of BiggerPocket's material for market analysis?

Hey @Bryan Balducki. I have not checked out any of the BP podcast, yet, but I will. I have attended quite a few webinars and frequently browse the forums, sub-reddits, and read RE/Financial books. I am sure everything will get easier once I get over that "hump" of buying the first property. What are some attributes a great investor friendly agent should have while I am in search? Also, thank you greatly for your time and reply.

Hello Everyone!

First time poster, and real estate rookie here. I am looking to start my journey an purchase my first real estate rental property. I find that the biggest hurdle is actually finding the deal, or that my lack of experience is presenting a large learning curve. With that being said, I am looking to connect with beginner-investor friendly real estate agents and/or wholesalers. I am looking to start in Florida, preferably Jacksonville or Tampa, but I am open to out of state and other areas in Florida. Also, I am looking to buy-and-hold via BRRRR.

Thank you greatly!

Matt
