    My name is Theresa and I just recently got my real estate license in the state of Florida.  I joined a brokerage called Out Fast Realty & Investments that is going to help me learn more about real estate investing while I work on helping sell & buy properties in FL.  I believe in taking action and control over my real estate investing and also believe in giving back to other people with their investment needs.   So if you need more contacts in the Pinellas County or Tampa Bay Area, I'm now active and ready to do some deals!  Let's ROCK 2017!!!!

     I have been a member for over a year but haven't done a deal yet.  My business cards are coming in this week, I have went to the court house for a probate list, and I have gotten some template flyers for wholesaling.  I'm determined to do at least 1 deal this month to get me off and running.  I believe once I can get that 1st deal done, I believe I will be even more determined.  I have also set a six figure goal for my wholesaling investing this year so this is my year!  Any advice or experience anyone can give me, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks Biggerpockets for an awesome site and connections!  I can't wait to be more involved!

     Is it a good deal to buy a property off of Auction.com?  I've registered for the site and noticed some properties that were bank-owned/foreclosured homes have already pasted their start date with a start value of $100.  Has anyone used this site and what would be your recommendations?  Thanks!

We do debris removal, sales clean, installing fence, removing trees, trimming trees/palms, roof tarping, soffit/fascia repair, carpet removal, landscaping, exterior window cleaning, appliance removals, painting, installing handrails, ect...   We aren't particularly licensed in any particular field but we definitely are fast learners and pretty handy.  Do you invest in real estate in St Pete?

     My husband and I currently work for a property preservation company for Fannie Mae and Nationstar but REALLY want to get involved in the Real Estate Investing side of it.  We started by owning a professional lawn care company about 4 years ago and decided to move into property preservation, repairs, pre-foreclosures, and lawn maintenance about 2 years ago.  We have cleaned out hundreds of houses in the last 2 years and just want to move forward with Real Estate Investing in the area.  We would be willing to work for/with another Real Estate Investor in the area as a contractor or apprentice to get move comfortable in investing.  Lately, our property preservation company hasn't been very nice to us and we are just looking for our first real estate investing opportunity.   I've been reading a lot on house flipping so if any investors need some assistance looking for dependable contractors, we are more than happy to take on an internship with them in exchange for work.  So far, I'm LOVING BP and can't wait to learn and do more.  Thanks for your time!
