Good Afternoon all!

First off wanted to thank everyone on here, the amount of knowledge my wife and I have gained is great! I figured it was about time to complete a new member introduction. My name is Andrew and we are located on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Ive been interested in real estate investing for a long time now, just never took the leap to get things started.

I recently decided it was time to just go for it and created our wholesale company, ANJ Properties LLC. We are focused on Maryland properties, with properties on the Eastern Shore preferred. We recently began renting our boat out on AIRbnb for over night stays and its been working quite nicely.

I Look forward to connecting with everyone and sharing ideas! If anyone is located in my area, or interested in connecting for deals, let me know! Thank you all!
