How would I manage my own properties if I am investing in other states?

I live 25 minutes away from there and I avoid it. But different strokes for different folks. It would actually be nice if someone's point of view change my mind. A lower d class area. I shoot for lower c.

@Kazi R.

Had a 2010 Honda Insight with 250k miles for First 40 properties. That thing fit everything. Now 2017 Honda ridgeline truck. Or 2018 Honda clarity. Good for another 10 years now.

@Brett Costantino

I have bought over 60 foreclosures. I currently am waiting for four sales to be confirmed by the judge. The bank is just waiting for the sale to be confirmed so the deed can be issued. Without this a sale can’t be completed. I can’t move forward and is very frustrating. It’s been 8 months now. My capital is tied up because auctions are cash only. Have patience. You are in a way better position than I with just little capital tied up.

@Jonathan Klemm

You’re exactly right about looking for a new outlet. I have been complacent using the auction exclusively to flip. I also have been saying I will brrrrr for the last 6 years with at least two rentals a year. But still only flipping like a bonehead. Thanks for reaching out and I am interested in your wholesale guys and networking to be part a of group with high standards.

@Henry Lazerow

I agree with the Lowe’s and floor and decor. My main place for my cabinets and tiles. Although always have been curious about those cabinet places.

I specialize in foreclosure auctions. Looking to network now that they are closed.

First months were nice to take off but looks like they will be closed until 2021. Just looking for ideas on how to expand.

Any advice pointing in the right direction will be appreciated.
