Hey goodmorning guys! So I'm in the Palm desert area and looking to find funding for purchase price+rehab/holding/closing of this project coming up. I'm under contract just recently and have $0 to put in. I have 30k in a 401k and good credit score and about 20k to pull out of equity in my home if I need but I know there's lots of ways to structure the deal with $0 in. Would love to here my seasoned flippers/investors or even hard money lenders ideas. purchase price-220k rehab+holding-60k ARV - 290k

Hey fellow BP members, I'm new to the real estate world but beginning my agent training. I moved from the IE to SFV and was wondering with about 10k saved if anyone has any recommendations on hard money lenders or if there's potential partners interested in picking each other's brains and seeing if we have the same goals in mind and building a team to kick off 2016 with a bang.

@Luis Calvillo and @Kate Marchbank I'm from Riverside California but currently live in the North Hollywood area and would love to invest and put some time getting to know and make a killing in both markets maybe I could bring some value to you both or could be the start of a triple slam team

Hello @Shannon Shue, newbie in the industry but a sure sponge looking and excited to learn all the information you all have to offer.

Hi everybody! I'm super excited to be a part of the website now and look forward to meeting a ton of investors/agents and contractors. My problem is that im highly inexperienced but at the moment I would like to use myself as a tool to grow. If anyone like i said from Los Angeles to the Inland Empire is in the middle of a project and could use some extra help, I'm happily your guy! Like i said I'm inexperienced but I'm a hard worker and a fast learner, I'm not looking for any cut in your project just wanting to build relationships and learn the ropes.Thank you for your time and i hope to get working with you!
