I usually sleep at around 12mn then I'm I woke up at 7 in the morning, so I still manage to have enough sleep.

being a guarantor, you are oblige to assume all the responsibility in case your gf will no longer face her obligations.

that was so sad because I grew up with his music, but that's life we don't own it. At least before he left he has touched many people's life by his music.

I have Twitter account for my business, and I get more traffic from it, I think it's a big help. Just always makes sure that your twitter is updated with many interesting stuff so that other users will keep coming back to you.

I haven't yet experienced renting a place my whole life, but can I share my views regarding this topic? Because sometime most of the problems that a landlord face in renting was the tenant monthly payment, most of the time the tenant did not pay their rent on time, so i suggest that you may want to check their credit background, their source of income, and their history on renting.

It will be marketing, good marketing about product or service that you offer, you must convey to your would be client how great or beneficial your business is. Because I believe that your business must create a noise first so that it will attract more clients.

When you own a property, obligations does not stop there, you are still need to pay some fees like property tax, the insurance, repair and maintenance cost.
