Sounds like fun.  The more meet up opportunities, the better.  I vote for the 1st Saturday of the month, as early as possible, then we go out and make some deals.

How much time do you estimate before you need to move out of the townhouse?

If you could find a mufti-family or something w/ a rental in the basement, you could have your residence and investment all-in-one.

I just took a closer look at your website.  This is one of the best looking lead taking sites I've seen.  One thing you need to do. . . change the follow us links.  They point to Wix, right now.  Change them to follow Jon.

I was recently watching a local house on homesearch. Starting bid was 140K - ARV 250K It went through the process twice, got bid up to 180K with "reserve not met". The third time through, they reduced the starting bid to 55K. It got bid up to 140K and the took it. Sold

I like it.
