Hello

I live in my home. Own 86,000 on a 15 year loan at 3.75. Want to rent home should I do a cash out Refi on a 30 year loan or 15 year loan. Or should I sell and invest in other properties?

Hello fellow BP members just wanted to know if any body knows a Investor friendly Title Company around the Stockton Ca area . And any advise to ask the Title Company dealing with wholesale transactions , assign or double close. what to say if they tell me its illegal thank you any info is highly appreciated.

Do i make a family transfer of title and get a loan and just buy it out. my credit is now 680 could I qualify for a good loan i was thinking maybe 15 years or 10 if possible thnks for input.
