Welcome Luke,
I have an interest in LNK NE RE as well.
Currently live in CA, but planning to move to NE this year.
From what I have been able to ascertain, things are looking up in LNK.
Best of fortune,
Dean-Ross

Adam,

I was raised in Lincoln and attended the University of Nebraska there for my first degree.  I am in the process of moving back to Lincoln in that the cost of real estate investing in California has become burdensome and I think will become more so.  I would be interested in having a phone talk with you to see if we have any common interests or objectives on which me might be able to come to mutually beneficial terms.  I am planning on obtaining a NE real estate license and in conjunction with some other investors both in and out of Lincoln going into both property management and forming an investment syndicate of sorts.  I would like your recommendation for a Lincoln base attorney specializing in real estate to add to my current list.  Let me know your thoughts.

You know ... you should really proof read what you write!

What is a creo?  What is TYRONE?

You should also list your educational degrees and some the places where you have very successfully worked, so potential clients will know all of the things you have done in the past that would make them want to listen to anything you might have to say ... oh ... and also for them to be willing to pay money to hear what might come out of your mouth!

Finally, show that you have respect for yourself and capitalize your name and the letter I.  Your attempt at trying to convey 'humility' ala e e cummings is failing miserably.

This advise is free of charge and I wish you the best of luck, but 'don't' quite your day job!

Sincerely yours,

@Allan Maerina ... I might just take you up on your offer to of help in discerning if Las Vegas is really for me, all though I am pretty close to concluding that it is.  I have found I like what I have seen the 89121 area code (even if there have been some bars) as it seems to be older well built and for the most part well kept up homes.

@Dean-Ross Schessler It's funny you said that, majority of people I speak to about moving are trying to make their way to Southern California!  My primary residence have similar specs to what you're looking for but I'm sure there are homes similar in Henderson/ Summerlin area which would be much more suited for your needs.  Though bars on the windows may be considered "trendy", I'm sure you'd feel right at home in the areas that I mentioned.  Good luck and let me know if you need any other information regarding the surrounding area as I've lived in Vegas for the past 7 years.
