@Corby Goade

Wow! Never looked at it that way, or the way experienced investors do. Thank you for the information.

@Corby Goade

Great insight. Can you elaborate a little more with how experienced investors seek equity in the long run.

@Sam Lewis

Why wouldn’t you want to be wrapping up a flip in November?

Hey Guys,

I reached out a couple days ago about a meet up or a zoom call for fairly new investors to meet and communicate with other investors to speak on markets, investments, real estate stories, and more. I plan on having this start up call this week. If anyone is interested and wants to network and communicate with other like minded investors please feel free. For the first Intro meeting I would like to speak on 3 things.

1. How did you passion for Real Estate spur and how did you go about in attaining your first investment property

2. What mistakes did you encounter from your first investment? How did you learn and grow from it?

3. What are your goals for the next 6 months? How do you plan on attaining your next property?

I think this will be a great opportunity to speak on out investments, share them with others and most importantly learn from each other. If you have any questions let me know thank you.

@Jonathan Schwartz

Great! Let’s definitely set something up. I’m pretty new to investing as well. Looking to obtain my second property soon. Would love to talk about this market and real estate in general.

Looking forward to it!

I’m interested in learning as much as I can in real estate and I believe that comes from learning about others experiences and their journeys as well. If anyone is interested in the Los Angeles area maybe we can do a meet up or a virtual zoom meet up as well. I believe talking about investments, markets, financing, and much more could be very beneficial.
Let me know if interested.
THANK YOU.
